4.3.Fabric Thickness Test

(1) After turning on the Thickness Gauge ('OFF/ON' button), zero it ('ZERO' button), complete the initialization of the Thickness Gauge. please note that the measurement unit of the Thickness Tester is 'mm'.

(2) Clamp the fabric in the center using the Thickness Gauge, record the data, then change the fabric clamping position and record the data again. After conducting measurements three times, take the average. (If the fabric is thin, you can measure three overlapping layers together, and then divide the average by 3.)

         

(3) Enter the data calculated in the previous step into the 'Thickness (mm)' field in the Physical Properties Measurement interface.
