4.2.Fabric Bending Test

(1) Open the 'Measure Physical Property' popup, and select the fabric type for the sample measurement.

(2) Open the Style3D Bending Tester's pressure plate. Place the fabric sample with the front side facing up, align it parallel to the edge of the testing platform, and secure it with the pressure plate. Please note: Ensure that one side of the fabric sample is aligned with one side of the testing platform.

(3) Click the 'Measure' button on the Physical Properties interface to initiate the test. Please note: During the testing process, pay attention to the separation between the fabric and the pressure plate as it advances. If adhesion occurs,please retest. (It is recommended to test each fabric 2-3 times, discard anomalous data, and realign the fabric sample with the testing platform before each test.)

                                           

(4) Open the pressure plate, remove the fabric, and the measurement for that yarn direction is complete.

     Replace another measurement sample and repeat steps (2) to (4).
