Upload Styles in Batch

Download Template from platform

Click "Download Template" to download the latest batch upload template, which is a zip file.

Then you can see a template pop-up. Check the fields that need to be filled in the Excel template file you download.

Fill in Data in Excel File

Open the Excel template. Before filling it out, please read the "Filling Instructions" in the second row carefully for guidance. Fill in data from third row, will be read automatically by platform.

Note: Do not delete the "Filling Instructions" to avoid data omission.

Compress Files

Save the Excel file you fill in. Prepare files like below. If you have folders, you can name them using "Internal Code". Put all of them in a zip file locally.

Upload to platform

Select the zip file you want to upload and click "Next". Then the system will verify data.

Verify Data

If there are abnormal data, you can verify them manually based on online error prompt. You can also click "Ignore" to remove the abnormal data from the upload queue.

Note: This step will be skipped if there are no abnormal data.

Relevant operation definitions:

• Ignore: Remove the data from the upload queue.
• Overwrite: The latest uploaded data of this style will replace its existing data, including values, images, and 3D models.
• Save as New Version: The original version will remain unchanged, and the latest uploaded data will be stored as a new version of this style.

• Once abnormal data is verified, click "Next" to proceed with data upload.

Check out progress in Task Center. You can also click "Return to list" to continue uploading. The system will upload automatically while you leave this page.
