Purpose:
Lock all internal lines so they cannot be selected.
Operation Path:
2D Window ▶ Right-click on empty area ▶ Lock All Internal Lines
Operation Description:
After right-clicking to lock all internal lines, their color will turn gray and they will no longer be selectable.
