Thermal Insulation Analysis



Purpose:
Examine the heat transfer and distribution between the surface of the Avatar's body and the garment to assess the garment's thermal insulation effectiveness.

Operation Instructions:
Customize fitting properties as needed by adjusting body temperature, room temperature, and coefficient of heat insulation.
Setting:
You can customize fitting properties and adjust body temperature, room temperature, and the coefficient of heat insulation as needed.
Garment Stretch Deformation Color Mapping for Pressure Values
Setting
Customize the color mapping corresponding to pressure values in garment stretch analysis.
Warp and Weft Length Difference at Specific Pressure Points
Right-click any point on the garment pattern in the 3D viewport to display the length difference at that point.
Purpose:
  1. Evaluate pattern fit: By observing the garment’s deformation during virtual body movements (bending, twisting, raising arms, etc.), determine if the pattern is reasonable and whether issues like excessive stretching, wrinkling, or deformation occur.
  2. Reduce sampling costs: Identify deformation defects early in the virtual environment to minimize physical sample revisions and production waste.

Set the coefficient of heat insulation. A lower coefficient indicates better insulation performance of the material or structure, with reduced thermal conductivity. This means that materials or structures with a lower coefficient of heat insulation can better inhibit the flow of heat, reducing heat transfer
