Add Point

Purpose:

Add points to the line/ split the line into two pieces.

Operation Path:

Home ▶ Add Point

Home ▶ Edit Pattern ▶ Line Right-click Menu

Operation Instructions:

1. Add Point

• Use the Add Point tool and click directly on a line segment to add a point;

• Use the Add Point tool, right-click on a line segment to open a pop-up window, and customize the type and parameters of the point to be added;

• Use the Edit Pattern Piece tool, right-click on a line segment, select "Add Point/Split Line", then open a pop-up window to customize the type and parameters of the point to be added.

2. Move Point

• Use the Edit Pattern Piece tool, left-click to select an existing point, then press and hold to drag it to adjust its position.

3. Delete Point

• Use the Edit Pattern Piece tool, left-click to select an existing point, then right-click and select "Delete", or press the Delete key to delete it directly.
