Purpose:
Generate rectangular/Oval plates or internal graphics.
Operation Path:

Operation Instructions:
Generating Rectangle:
Left-click and drag directly on the blank area of the 2D window to generate a rectangle；
Hold down the Shift key while left-clicking and dragging on the blank area of the 2D window to generate an equilateral rectangle (square)；
While left-clicking and dragging on the blank area of the 2D window, right-click to open a pop-up window, then enter the dimension data to generate a rectangle.
Generating Oval:
Left-click and drag directly on the blank area of the 2D window to generate an oval；
Hold down the Shift key while left-clicking and dragging on the blank area of the 2D window to generate a perfect circle (note: Holding Shift for oval generation typically constrains it to a circle, consistent with common graphic software logic)；
While left-clicking and dragging on the blank area of the 2D window, right-click to open a pop-up window, then enter the dimension data to generate an oval.
