Pleat Fold
发布于:2024-09-04
Purpose:
To assist users in quickly setting the folding angle for internal lines when creating pleats.
Operation Path:
Home ▶ Pleat Tool ▶ Pleat Fold
Operation Instructions:
First, use the Line Drawing Arrow tool to determine which lines to set the angle for. Then, in the pop-up window, set the type of edge folding and the angle for the edge folding. This function can only set the folding angle for internal lines, and users need to sew separately.
Number of internal lines per pleat
Number | Knife Pleat | Accordion Pleat | Inner Box Pleat | Outer Box Pleat
Number of internal lines per pleat | 2 | When 180-degree internal lines are not outlined, two internal lines form a loop | Default: Two internal lines form a loop | /
3 | When all internal lines are outlined, three internal lines form a loop | / | /
4 | / | / | When neither of the two 180-degree internal lines are traced, four internal lines form one loop
5 | / | / | When none of the 180-degree internal line is traced, five internal lines form one loop
6 | / | / | When all internal lines are traced, six internal lines form one loop |
Application scenario: For imported DXF files, where the pleat positions already include base lines, outline different quantities of 180° lines in coordination with the number of internal lines in the folded pleat cycles.
