Clone as Pattern

Purpose:

Clone a pattern Based on the Internal Graphics Shape

Operation Path:

Home ▶ Select/Move OR Edit Pattern ▶Right-Click Internal Shape ▶ Clone As Pattern

Operation Instructions:

After selecting an internal shape or internal line, right-click and choose “Clone as Pattern”, then click on the location where you want the new pattern to be generated.

 Symmetric Pattern/Symmetric Pattern with Seam

Purpose:

Generate another panel that is a mirror image of the current panel, with a linkage relationship between the two panels.

The linkage relationship means that changes on one side are immediately reflected on the other side

Operation Path:

Home ▶ Select/Move ▶ Pattern Right-click Menu ▶ Symmetric Pattern/Symmetric Pattern with Seam

Operation Instructions:

"Symmetric Pattern with Seam" ensures that when a seam line is added during subsequent operations, a corresponding seam line is automatically generated on the other side.

"Symmetric Pattern" will not automatically generate a mirrored seam line; instead, it will place the symmetric pattern on the corresponding symmetry point during arrangement.

There is a linkage relationship between" Instance Pattern" and" Symmetric Pattern with Seam". To remove this linkage, you can use the "Remove Linked Editing" option from the right-click menu.

The generated pattern will retain the shape simulated by the original pattern in the 3D scene.

Instance Pattern

Purpose:

Generate another pattern that is a mirror image of the current one; when one changes and the other responds the same way instantly.

Operation Path:

Home ▶ Select/Move ▶ Pattern Right-click Menu ▶ Instance Pattern 

Operation Instructions:

If you want to cancel the linkage, you can do so by clicking "Remove Linked Editing" in the right-click menu.

The generated pattern will preserve the simulated shape of the original pattern in the 3D scene.
