Animation Editor
发布于:2024-09-04
Purpose:
By adjusting the avatar’s pose, the 3D garment modeling software uses a physics engine—based on fabric material parameters and collision interactions—to simulate how clothing behaves dynamically in different scenarios. This allows static garment models to display motion and visual effects that accurately follow physical principles or meet specific design requirements.
Operation Path:
Tool ▶ Animation Editor

Operation Instructions:
Currently, users can to record animations through the system's own avatar and avatar movements.
It supports related operations of basic animation: add action, export animation, record animation, and adjust animation related parameters.
General process:

① Complete the garment simulation.
② Import the runway (this step can be skipped if a runway scene is not required).
③ Use the system’s built-in avatar and click the Add Motion button.
④ After adding a motion, click the Add Pose button. Motions and poses can be added alternately. (If poses are not needed, this step can be skipped.)
⑤ Set camera keyframes.
⑥ Adjust the camera path. (If the animation does not require camera movement, this step can be skipped.)
⑦ Add colorway keyframes. (If the animation does not require colorway transitions, this step can be skipped.)
⑧ Click the Record button and wait for the recording to finish.
⑨ After the recording is complete, click the Export button to output the real-time rendered video.

(1)Recording | Click to start recording, the system starts to record the point sequence generated by the animation simulation, creating the animation data of the garment |
|---|---|
(2)Edit Camera Path | Allows visual editing of the camera path |
(3)Split Model Animation | Allows splitting and rearranging model animations |
(4)Play/Pause | Play animation or pause animation from current position |
(5)Jump to the previous frame/next frame | Playback pointer jumps to next frame or previous frame |
(6)Jump to Previous/Next Keyframe | Moves the playhead to the next or previous keyframe |
(7)Jump to the start frame/end frame | Playback pointer jumps to the start/end frame of the animation |
(8)Loop | Loop from the start frame to the end frame of the animation |
(9)Play speed | Set the speed of playback (Note: this only affects the speed of preview playback in the software, it does not affect the speed of exported animation) |
(10)Current frame/time | Play the current frame/time of the pointer |
(11)Unit | The unit format of animation editor |
(12)Export | Export Video: After recording the animation action, click here to generate a video. |
(13)Settings | Animation settings: settings related to animation playback. |
Camera settings: set the camera movement effect | |
Color matching settings: you can select the corresponding keyframe and set the color matching effect of the clothing selected under the keyframe. | |
(14)Track scaling | Show scaling to the animation editing period interface. |
(15)Playback pointer | The 3d window shows the animation state of the frame where the pointer is, including the state of clothing, model, camera and color. |
(16)Animation playing range | The green area represents the range from the start frame to the end frame of the animation. |
(17)Clothing Track | Stores the generated garment animation content: This content appears only after the Record operation has been executed. You can delete the recorded animation or apply visual effects to it. |
(18)Model track | Record the generated model animation content: you can import the animation action for the system preset virtual model. |
(19)Camera track | Record camera information at different times/frames of the animation: used to manage the effect of switching between shots in the animation. |
(20)Color track | Record the information of flush color in different time/frame of the animation: you can right click on this track to create key frame and set the effect of flush color of the clothing in this frame of the animation. |
