The application cannot start normally

Issue Description / Fault Symptoms

1. The software launches but immediately crashes without displaying any interface or loading screen.

2. An error message appears: "OpenGL initialization failed. Please check if the graphics card is installed correctly."

Troubleshooting Step:

1. Right-click on Control Panel and select Device Manager.

2. In the Control Panel window, navigate to Device Manager.

3. On the right panel, expand the Monitors section to check whether a dedicated graphics card is present and identify its model.

Step 2:
Following Step 1, in the Display adapters section, right-click on the dedicated graphics card and select Properties.
In the Device Status field under the General tab, verify that the device is working properly.

If you see the option "Enable device", it indicates that the graphics card is currently disabled.

In this case, try enabling the device first, then restart your computer and attempt to launch the software again.

Step 3:
If you are using a desktop computer, ensure that the display monitor is physically connected to the dedicated graphics card (discrete GPU) rather than the motherboard’s integrated graphics port.

Step 4:
Update the graphics driver. It is strongly recommended to install the official driver from the manufacturer’s website (refer to the Help Center for detailed guidance).

Use the detected graphics card model to search for the appropriate driver on the website and install the version that matches your system.

Step 5:

If the issue persists after completing the above steps, try using a third-party tool to test your graphics card functionality. We recommend using FurMark for this purpose.

Run FurMark to verify whether your GPU is functioning properly.

If FurMark fails to run properly, it indicates a possible issue with the system or hardware.
In this case, try reinstalling a genuine operating system or contact your system administrator to inspect the hardware components for any faults.
