Improve Fold Smoothness

Increases internal line density for smoother folding curvature

Operation Path:Home ▶ Edit Pattern&Fold Arrangement ▶ Select The Folder Internal Lines ▶ Property Editor ▶ Realistic Fold

Application Scenario: Bag making where smoother folding curves are required

Support  Adding Random Vertical Internal Lines

In actual garment construction, pleating effects vary in density and distribution. This feature quickly achieves realistic wrinkle effects: Pressed flatness after ironing; uneven pleat distribution

Operation Path:Home ▶ Edit Pattern ▶ Select The Outlines & Internal Lines ▶ Random Vertical Internal Lines

Random Angle

✅ Enabled: Line angles vary randomly between [60°,120°]

❎ Disabled: Lines remain perpendicular to selected internal lines

Random Space

✅ Enabled: Spacing varies randomly with [-50%,+50%] offset

❎ Disabled: Even spacing using average distance

Degree of Randomness in Length

✅ Enabled: Varying lengths (longest line sets maximum length)

❎ Disabled: Uniform line lengths

Max Random Fold Angle Degree

✅ Enabled: Sets fold angle intensity

• Range: [0.0-1.0] (0=no folds, 1=near 0° or 360° folds)

• Default: 0.5 (1 decimal place)

❎ Disabled: No angle variation

Application Scenario: Modeling efficiency improvement; Garment process effect restoration

Value Proposition: Resolves unnatural wrinkle issues at sewing lines

  • Elastic waistband creation/ Ruffle drape effects

Support Selective Pattern Unlinking in PXF 2.0

  • Designates specific patterns as non-synchronized components

QR Code Table

  • Each pattern piece in the project has a unique QR code + text information. The QR code and text are generated by matching the pattern name and size in the software with the data table. Users can customize which fields in the table to match.

QR Code Data Matching Rules:

  • Supports single/multiple field matching:

  • Only the first row in the table has a data input field for QR codes, allowing wildcard input.

  • The input field requires table headers: The default wildcard is %Pattern Name%Grade Size Users can click to edit and press Enter or click outside the field to confirm.

  • To match multiple fields, use % to separate them. For example, to match by style number, size, and pattern name, enter: %Style Number%Grade Size%Pattern Name%.

Bottom Text:

Follows same matching rules as QR code table
