How to send the log file?

Question: If there is a problem with the software and you need to provide logs for troubleshooting, how can you find the log file location and what content should you send?

Answer 1: If you can log into the software, click: Other - Settings - Other - Open Log Directory. Once opened, send the entire Logs folder.

Answer 2: If you cannot log into the software, the log directory is: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Style3DFabric\Logs (replace 'Username' accordingly). You can send the entire Logs folder.

Quick access method: Simply type %localappdata% to open the Local folder, then add \Style3DFabric\Logs.
