Failed to retrieve live view image
Question: During 3D scanning, a message appears stating 'Failed to obtain live view image’...
Answer: This message may occur due to a camera serial error. After opening the software, unplug and then reconnect the camera cable. Click on 3D Scan, switch to live preview, take a photo to allow the camera to reset.
