2.3.Device Parameter Calibration

(1) Open Style3D Fabric on PC.
Operation Path: Other ▶ Settings ▶ Scan ▶ Advanced Settings
Click ‘Focus Calibration' to installation.
① Scenario 1: If the scanning area is offset (Figure a), please follow step (5) in the '3D Scanner Installation' section. Loosen the fixing screws, gently move the camera until the scanning area is in the center (Figure b), then tighten the screws to secure the camera.

② Scenario 2: If there are shadows in the scanning area (Figure c), please follow step (5) in the '3D Scanner Installation' section. Gently press the camera downward until it reaches the rubber seat limit, and the shadows in the scanning area will disappear (Figure d).

(2) Place the Colorchecker inside the scanner and click 'OK' to start the focusing process.
Calibration successful
(3) After clicking 'Calibration' in the 'Calibration File,' follow the three steps below to complete the calibration process.
① Place the Color Calibration Card inside the scanner and click the 'Capture' button;
   
② Remove the  Color Calibration Card (important), ensure the bottom plate is clean and free of debris, then click the 'Capture' button;
③ Place the Calibration Plate, then click the 'Capture' button.
   
(4) Click on 'Accurate Size Calibration' in the advanced settings, place the Size Calibration Board inside the scanner, click 'Calibrate,' and after successful calibration, click the 'Close' button. 
   
(5) After calibration is complete, fabric scanning can be carried out.
