4.Warranty Terms

a) The entire product unit, excluding consumables, is covered by a one-year warranty,effective from the day after the product's logistics acceptance date at midnight.Customers are entitled to free repair services for non-artificial performance failures within this one-year period.

b) Consumables are defined as follows: a. External cables of the scanner; b. Adjustment screws; c. Color Calibration Card; d. Calibration Plate; e. Size calibration board; f. Other external accessories and small tools.

a)  Exceeding the warranty period;

b) Appearance parts, consumables, gifts, and other items that do not affect the main performance of the product are not covered by the warranty service;

c) Damages caused by failure to adhere to the product's user guide for usage, maintenance,and care;

d) Damages caused by misuse, such as falling, crushing, or water immersion;

e) Damages caused by force majeure events such as floods, fires, or lightning strikes;

f) Products that have been disassembled, modified, adjusted, or repaired by unauthorized parties or the user themselves;

g) Main unit malfunctions or accidents caused by the use of non-original parts;

h) Products sold through unofficial channels, or products with altered, deleted, moved, or unidentifiable model numbers and manufacturing codes as indicated on the product;

i) Malfunctions caused by any unauthorized software;

j) Product use for purposes other than those corresponding to the designated experiments;

k) Damages caused by the use of the product by non-professionals or individuals without proper training.
