Smart PDF

Features：

Smart PDF provides high-quality PDF files that contain pictures and descriptions of various styles more quickly by AI image recognition and intelligent layout.

Operating Procedure:

• Click "Display Room Setting">"Smart PDF Fields Settings", tick the boxes for fields you want to present in the PDF, and click "Confirm".

• Smart image selection mode: When there are fewer than 5 style pictures, the system will put them all in the PDF; when there are more than 5 pictures, the system will select 5 of them to use (front one, side one, back one, details).
• The display language can be Chinese or English.

• Title setting can be used to place a certain field as the first line and make it bold and larger.
• Support slogan and logo configuration, but a slogan will only appear in the PDF when it fits in the layout.

2. Customize template configuration

• Click "展厅模板">"+ Add", and the pop-up window will appear (shown above).
• Template Name: Type the name you preferred.

• Size type: Support both in-built sizes and custom sizes.
• Template size: You can choose to constrain proportios of a image or not by clicking the icon in the middle.

• Unit: Support both px and mm
• Template type: "One style one page" means to present all information about one style on one page; "One style two page" means to present all information about one style on two pages.

• "Text" refers to texts only used as decoration (no need for auto-replacement). Click "Text" and left click the canvas to enter text.
• Support changing the font color, font size, and bold type.

• "Data Text" refers to texts that need to be auto-replaced according to specific style information, like brand name, component, season, etc. Click "Data Text" and left click the canvas to enter text.
• Fields for selection come from "Settings">"Basic Data Management">"Style"

• Support changing the font color, font size, and bold type.

• Image-"Normal": Click to add images that remain the same in every PDF like the company logo, and adjust the images to the right place and appropriate size.
• Support cropping, replacing, and zooming in or out the image.

• Image-"Name match": You should set fixed names for images added in this way. For example, if you set an image name called "front", then for following PDF files using this template, the images also named "front" will replace the template one but still in the same place and size.

• Image - "Intelligent match": You need to double-check whether the images added by intelligent match are in the right place and maybe make some adjustments. Once you finish the data settings of one template, the system will auto-replace images through AI image recognition.

3. PDF creation procedure

• Approach 1 "+ Add Series Hall">"PDF Design"

• Select a template and click "Next"

• Select styles and click "Next". (Note: the Smart PDF Fields Settings here is only valid for this specific PDF.

• Click the download icon to download the PDF locally. You can download the whole PDF or just certain pages;

1. Click "Select Product" to add more products.
2. Click "New Text" to add some descriptive words by yourself.

3. Click "New Picture" to add local pictures.
4. You can select a picture to adjust its place and size.

5. Support the undo operation and cross-page copy and paste operation

• Follow "Applications">"Online Tools">"Display Room" to find the PDF you have created, and manipulate the PDF based on your business needs. (share, edit, offer, download etc.)
