Define Fields in the "Style" Menu
·Tips for setting up style fields
1. You may refer to fabric field settings for configurations, functions, and
operations.
2. Do prior preparations and planning before setting up Profile Fields to
avoid massive error corrections.
3. All the Fields of Profile is the KEY for users to search and to screen.
4. Writing standards of style field contents, such as the names and the serial
number of products, is required before setting up Profile Fields.
[P.S Knowing the locations and the overall arrangements of physical assets/products help locate physical sample clothes. ]

Considering that it will be very difficult to add or to adjust details and introductions of fabric information, you should be very cautious when setting up Fabric Introduction(as shown in the second picture).
· Set up details for Fabric Fields
Operation Path:
Settings-----Basic Data Management-----Fabric
==>Click"Add Field"
=>Click the boxes. Choose the fields you need according to the business of your enterprise
==>Chosen field will be shown on the right side of the window.
Drag the to reorganize.
Click "OK" to finish.
Customize more Fields
Operation Path:
Settings-----Basic Data Management-----Fabric
==>Click "Add Field"-- roll to the bottom of the window--"Custom Fields"--Click"+Add Field"
=>Add Show English Name (Show Name)
Choose a Field Type. Different Field Type corresponds to different configuration mode.
=>Type Selection: :Select 1 option or several content(s) that is/are listed in the options
=>Type Text :allows users to input text and/or numbers
=>Type Textarea ::allows users to input mutiple lines of text and/or numbers
=>Type Integer :allows users to input integer only
=>Type Number :allows users to input numbers only
=>Type Number Range :to input a number range
=>Type System User
=>Type RGB
=>Type Date
·Description for Field Functions
Show English Name
In this rank, there will be several Default Field Names. If you you want to change the current settings=>
exit and move your mouse pointer to the field name that you want to change
Click the pencil to input a new one.
Click Enter on your keyboard to finish setting.
Show Name
In this rank, there are several Default field names written in Chinese according to the Name in English.
[Our system will not automatically translate English into Chinese]
If you want to rearrange these names, the method is the same as the one above.
(Name in English/Name in Chinese is mainly used to print tags)
Default Data:
Set some common data of fabric field as Default Data
If set as Default Data, relevant data will not be needed to input again.
Type: If the type of the Fabric field is underlined, such as Single-Selection and Multiple Selection,
Click the underlined type to enter the second level menu
For example
Click the underlined type to enter the second level menu
you can Add/Edit/Delete the options
click: "Add" -----there will be a new row at the bottom of the list
Check the following boxes to make use of their functions
·Large Internal Image Display:
the chosen field will be shown below the large fabric image in the fabric library (from the internal version)
·Large Customer Image Display: same as above(from customer`s version)
Required: The chosen field must be filled when adding/editing fabric.
If not, the fabric material can not be saved into cloud system.
Tabulate: Checking this box means that the chosen fields will be shown in List View
List Sorting: Checking this box means that fabric can be ranked according to the context of this field.
Visible to the client: Checking this box means that customers will have the authority to view this field.
Unique: Checking this box means that this filed is the one and only field in the whole system.
If any other fabric material`s filed is the same as the existing one, it can not be saved into cloud system
