Support Sbsar fabric format

You can upload, export and download new 3D fabric file format Sbsar

Upload fabric 3D model files with size up to 500MB, much larger than previous 100MB

 

 

 

Add "Scheme Name" field

Cloud has a new fixed system field sheme name in Design Center's style setting>Configure Introduction

After the configuration is completed, the field will be displayed in the profile of styles.

 

 

 

 

 

Support watermark in sharing feature

You can go to Share>Share Settings>More Settings>Advanced Setting to open or close watermark feature.

 

Once you switch on the button, those with share links can see the watermark on the assets or VR showroom that you've shared.

You can set up watermark for fabrics, trims, blocks, VR showroom, and styles, the last two of which also supported watermarks in previous version.

 

 

 

Upload poster cover from local devices

Upload files from local devices to replace cover image when you use share feature in Cloud.

 

 

 

Email sharing supports copying internal contacts

On the email sharing page, adding CC to internal contacts is supported.

 

 

 

Corporate signature in email sharing feature

On the email sharing page, new corporate signature, including corporate logo, name and address, is made possible at the bottom of email.

Default signature information comes from Enterprise Information of Setting Center.

Signature can be modified directly in your email.

 

 

 

Optimized Features

Show number of versions on style profile

When a style has multiple versions, the number of versions is displayed on profile.

 

 

 

Select version when connecting styles

When there are multiple versions of a style, you can select versions for connecting styles in company showroom, trendbook collection, picture album, VR showroom, and more. Only one version can be selected for a style.

Select styles from public styles, my styles, customer styles, and my collaboration for connection.

 

 

 

 

Update style version in Studio

Click "Upload" and "Update" in studio and you can update style version update or create new style versions. The last version only supported creating new versions.

 

 

 

 

@mention feature for style collaboration

When you create annotations and send them to contacts or groups, you can use @mention feature for precise notification.

Users mentioned will receive email notification and Cloud push notifications in Message Center ("@me" and "Mark Discuss")

 

 

 

 

Optimize style annotations

Save annotations on the style editing page without exiting the page. You can create multiple comments consistently compared to exiting the page in previous version.

 

 

 

Create an annotation by clicking pin icon, and click "Save" to save the annotation to draft box.

 

 

 

Create more annotations by clicking pin icon again.

Select one or more annotations and click the "Send" icon to send them to contacts or groups

 

 

 

Optimize user interface of sharing feature

Hover over an asset or content and you can click "Share", which will lead you to a dropdown menu including "Copy Link", "Copy Poster", "Share by Email" and "Settings". This dropdown menu is optimized across all sharing feature except for the company showroom.

 

 

 

 

"More Settings" of sharing feature

With last verison, you can configure sharing directly on the page but with limited features. Click With new version, click "More Settings" and you can set up details in "Basic Settings" and "Advanced Settings".

Add "Description" to the asset or content you want to share with a length of up to 200 words.

 

 

 

Add "Title" to the asset or content you want to share with a length of no more than 20 words.

 

 

 

Optimize sharing settings

You can select 3 up to fields in Share Settings from Setting Center in Cloud for poster covers you want to share. Previously, you can select up to 6.

 

 

 

For those registered before the release of v5.0.5, Cloud will cite the first three fields you previously configured by default.

For those registered after the v5.0.5 release, Cloud will cite first three fields by default.

Default fields cited of trims: name, number and category

Default fields cited of fabric, style, blocks: name, number and composition

Users can reconfigure fields in the sharing settings, and the configured fields can be seen on poster cover.

 

 

 

Support one field to match multiple fields

Support one field to match multiple fields. For example, if the purchaser has polyester field, the supplier can match it with poly, polyester fiber, etc.
