New features

Integrate with iSlide add-in

  1. This is a new integration feature in Application Center.
  2. Log in to our platform account in iSlide add-in. You can add assets from Design Center and Library Center into the presentations you made using Office PowerPoint or WPS.


Optimize Features

Sharing settings

The following optimizations have been made in all places in the system where the sharing function is used, including assets and contents from Design Center, Library Center, Online Applications.

1.Increase the size of logo that you see to 120 × 60px

2. Support adding up to 200 characters in title. The font size of the title will change according to the number of words. The minimum font size is 12 and the maximum is 24.

3. Make language and validity settings more easily accessible in the sharing interface directly.

4. Validity period you set will remain unchanged if it does expire when you share new assets or contents. If it expires, the system will reset the validity period to permanent.

5. When you share an asset or content for the first time, the default language is the same as the current language you've set in Cloud platform. If you share it again, the language remains the same.

6. Remove title in the sharing links.

Settings on the sharing interface

1. Merge basic settings and advanced settings together in "More Settings".

2. Language: the default language keeps the same as the current system and you can change it as per your needs.

1. Support customizing sharing titles. The title feature is enabled by default and it will be displayed automatically when you share the relevant assets. By default, the title follows the rule "Company(short name) shares relevent assets". For example, Linctex shares a style with you.

2. You can set the language of the title in English or Chinese.

3. Apart from titles, you can choose more fields up to 5 to add more details to your sharing assets.

Default Title of Other Resources

1. Collections/album: the default title is their name.

2. Trendbook: Default title is the theme of a trendbook.

3. Supplier showroom: the default title is "enterprise abbreviation + sharing an exhibition hall with you"

5. VR showroom: the default title is the same as the title of VR showroom


Sharing poster

Support adding poster cover online, apart from adding from local device.

  • For fabrics, you can choose different picture types, including thumbnail, flat, drapes,hangtags, front and back, and creases.
  • For styles and blocks, you can choose cover pictures and rendering pictures
  • Pictures uploaded locally will be saved online after being used.
  • Support cutting posters selected.

Optimize the UI of sharing page accessed by password


Supplier Showroom

1. The enterprise logo can be adjusted by clicking the zoom in and out icon.

2. Click the company logo on supplier showroom editor and you will be directed to home page.

3. Supplier showroom with empty modules (templates) can not be published. You will be directed to fill in the template before you can publish it.

4. When you watch videos added in supplier showroom, the system will automatically mute audio when playing the video and pause when you mouse out.

Trendbooks

1. Rename trendbooks on the menu page.

2. Retain the original size of pictures with the transparent background that you add into trendbooks. The system will no longer automatically crop the picture to fit

the rectangular shape.

3. Layout of templates for smart trendbooks

a. match pictures between those in the templates and those uploaded according to the number;

b. when the number of pictures is consistent, match according to the picture type (front, side, back view, detail);

c. when the picture types are consistent, match pictures according to horizontal and vertical proportions. (New)


Collections

Collection cover in menu page can be replaced.


Search styles more easily and efficiently

1. Search for styles with more field tyles including system fields and custom fields.

a. System fields, the optional fields in Basic Data Management of Styles, that can be used for searching: internal code, name, category, tag, year, fashion type, element, collection, season, designer, creator, customer, brand, design element, detailed introduction, style brief intro, weave classification, component, Style No.

b. Custom fields that you created need to be one of the types: selection, text, multiple rows text, integer, number, system user.



User Onboarding

Prompt "User Onboarding" page for admins and merchandisers.

Before you engage with all of the tasks in the user onboarding process, you can see the pop-up once a day when logging in, but five times at most. You can click the Question icon in the upper right corner to review the process.
