1. Can we create areas in the platform which only specific groups will have access?
You can create files which can only be accessed by certain members. Go to Design Center>My Collaborations or My Customers. Create a file and then add different collaborators to work on styles. Collaborators can be granted with different permissions like viewers, editors or managers.
